يهدف هذا المشروع عبر الإنترنت إلى أتمتة نظام حجز تذاكر السفر ، أي نظام حجز التذاكر في Asp.Net. الهدف من المشروع هو تطوير موقع ويب مخصص لوكالات السفر حتى يتمكن العملاء من حجز التذاكر عبر الإنترنت من خلال المنزل. كما يوفر النظام آلية شاملة لحجز التذاكر لأي وكالة سفر. تم تصميم حجز التذاكر لمساعدة مجموعة واسعة من وكالات السفر على العمل معًا وتقديم الخدمة للعميل. تساعد وظيفة حجز التذاكر الشاملة الوكالات على توسيع آفاقها في مجال تقديم الخدمة للعملاء.
يتعلق نظام حجز تذاكر السفر عبر الإنترنت بالخدمة عبر الإنترنت للحجز والاستعلام عن الركاب. غالبًا ما يكون النظام عبر الإنترنت مفيدًا جدًا للشركة حيث يمكنه إتاحة المقاعد للركاب عبر الإنترنت وبيع التذاكر عبر الإنترنت. يحل النظام محل النظام السابق للشراء اليدوي للتذكرة والاستعلام عن جدول الرحلة / القطار / الحافلة والمواعيد سيتم عرضها على الإنترنت.

يحتوي النظام الحالي على عدادات التذاكر في مكان معين. يجب على الركاب زيارة الكاونتر لشراء التذاكر وكذلك للاستعلام عن الجدول الزمني. جعل وكلاء السفر النظام سهلاً بعض الشيء حيث أنهم يوفرون تسهيلات الحجز المسبق. يحتاج وكلاء السفر إلى التحقق باستمرار من تأكيد التذكرة مع مزودي الخدمة مما يجعل العملية تستغرق وقتًا طويلاً .

Online Ticket Booking System Project Includes :-
All the travel agencies register to a common service called webservice as a
client after which they are liable to interact with other travel agencies who
provide services at different levels. A client has to provide the webservice
with all the necessary information regarding his travel agency or a client may
hold a site himself. A webservice hold the latest information regarding all its
clients such as the different modes of transportation a travel agency hold,
present status of the transportation, rates etc. When a particular travel agency
books a ticket for a customer for his agency within his area or other the change
should be reflected on to the webservice. So that others clients get the latest
information regarding the service. The entire project is based on the E-commerce
architecture where a transaction between the agencies has to be handled via the
webservice.
